Jiketsu Martial Productions will be hosting “SANSHOU SHOWDOWN” on June 23, 2007 at the Berkeley Institute Gymnasium, Pembroke, Bermuda. Sanshou Showdown will consist of bouts showcasing local and international san shou and mixed martial arts fighters. This event will also feature various martial arts demonstrations by world-renowned martial arts masters and instructors.

Jiketsu Martial Productions is pleased to be a valuable contributor towards the growth and mission of Bermuda Sanshou Association (BSA). BSA was formed in October of 2005 when it was announced by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) that Wushu would be a part of the 2008 Olympics in Beijing, China. The Beijing Wushu Olympic Tournament will coincide with the Olympic Games and it is our hope that we will be able to send a strong team to represent Bermuda in the most prestigious martial arts competition in history. San shou is the official fighting art of Wushu, and consists of punches, kicks, wrestling throws, and takedowns. San shou is extremely exciting to watch, and once again, we look forward to promoting this growing and breathtaking sport to Bermuda at Sanshou Showdown.
